Two wheeler fans whether they like paths or tarmac will find a huge potential of outings in the hugely varied nature settings.
MTB
MTB rides are possible on the majority of the paths in the two valleys and there are about 100km of itineraries indicated on the IGN leisure and outdoor map « The Vallées d'Aigueblanche» scale 1/30000.
Certain itineraries have been created to maximise huge descents!!
In Doucy there is a proficiency circuit (accessible to children over 10 years old) set out in the forest. Introduction and MTB discovery.

The MTB School «VALMOBIKE» organises a multitude of outings in the Valmorel and Savoyard mountain area.
Practical information
The equipment is provided: helmets, gloves, glasses etc... The bikes are either « enduro » or « freeride ». You can always participate using your own equipment, of course.
For children
A fun approach to mountain biking in a natural or prepared site. The new M.C.F. Loupiot and Biclou tests can also be passed (created by the French Cyclist Instructors).
For the sporty
The outings around Valmorel allow you to discover all the subtleties of the mountain. Full day or half day outings. The BIKER 1, 2, and 3 tests can be taken to learn all the MTB techniques.

For the more daring
A wide range of descending circuits around the resort or other well-guarded secret « Spots ».
The «ENDURO» circuits, from the top of the ski lifts, from the mountain pastures going through the forest on paths or single tracks will take you down into the valley to the sides of the Isère or Eau Rousse rivers where a minibus will be waiting for you.
The «FREERIDE», anthological days of between 50 km and 80 km over the sites of the 3 Vallées, the Portes du Soleil and many other circuits in the Alps. These days are reserved for expert riders (max. 8 pers. per group).
