Descents for all tastes and all levels:

THE GORGES DESCENT - Introduction (minimum age 14):
Try navigating solo or with a partner through the Gorges of the Isère!
A 7 km descent in a canoe-raft down the loveliest section of the upper Isère!
The 7 km descent is our "introduction" descent and it takes place on the river Isère in the Tarentaise Valley in Savoie.
It is a relatively easy descent as a first experience of canoe-rafting and kayak-rafting.

THE FULL ISERE DESCENT - Advanced (age 16 and over)
A full descent of the Isère in a canoe-raft!
This 18 km descent is certainly one of the most intense experiences we offer., with fantastic sections of class IV rapids along the way.
Strictly for experienced rafters looking for a breathtaking canoe-raft descent!!!

Rafting and canoe-rafting on white water are team sports!!
2 activities in the same day to make progress in white water sports! Further information on our website.

To go canoe-rafting, you must be able to swim.

For all Canoe-raft descents:
- All the technical equipment is provided.
- Supervision is provided by professional state-certified guides ("white water kayak" option)
- Technical transport related to the activity is included in the price
- Hot and cold drinks are offered before AND after the activity
