Experience a mountain immersion on the heights of Valmorel and an unusual night in one of the mountain huts!

When you choose to go hiking with an animal, you don't go alone...but don't panic: it's easy and everyone can do it!
You take the step of sharing a small part of your life with a different being.
The donkey is marvellous, extraordinary even, and to realize it, it is necessary to take time simply to make knowledge.

The donkey is entrusted to you equipped with its pack-saddle on which your luggage is hung, a pair of saddlebags, plus a halter and a lead rope which allow you to drive it. You will also be provided with a long rope to tie him up during breaks.
We will explain to you how to drive the donkey and how to handle it. A map showing suitable routes is also provided.
A donkey can carry up to 35 kilos.

For a family of 2 adults and 2 children: one donkey carries all your belongings (tents, sleeping bags, stakes to make the park for the donkeys in the evening, equipment for the donkeys,...) and another donkey carries the food, water and will relieve the little legs of the children!

Departure from Valmorel around 2pm and return the next morning around 12am.
From 5 years old - With family or friends - 2 donkeys minimum.

The package includes the necessary equipment (hiking bags, panniers for your belongings, hiking maps,...) and a 1 hour training session for a good progress of your adventure!

To be prepared by yourself: sleeping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, we can lend you some if needed), meals for the evening and the next morning, water for the hike, mountain water is available on the way and at the camp site just in case)
