Convinced that well-being and health require multi-disciplinary and integrative care, centred on the individual and his or her lifestyle, I offer foot reflexology sessions based on the Chinese tradition and Naturopathic support.
Reflexology is suitable for people of all ages and helps to relieve physical problems by taking into account emotional and energetic balance (holistic approach).
I chose foot reflexology because the feet have many nerve endings and are our roots, the part of the body furthest from the intellect. If necessary, I supplement my sessions with palm, craniofacial and ear reflexology techniques and advice.
While seasonal prevention is the ideal indication, reflexology is highly appropriate and complementary to medical treatment for functional disorders and pain (insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, stress, heavy legs, bloating, reflux, osteoarthritis, etc.).
I also support sportspeople at all levels in their physical and mental preparation to optimise both performance and recovery.
As a certified Naturopath, I have completed my training with a course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Practitioner level) to help you apply naturopathic advice and work towards a holistic balance.
I prefer to keep things simple and independent, and I'm keen to give you a sense of responsibility (the ability to take responsibility) for your well-being, by listening to you, sharing with you, because understanding helps you to (re)balance, and cooperating with you, because the work is done in partnership.
