During the yoga session, the masseur intervenes as needed in order to unblock and help the awareness of the body's blockages during the yoga session.

Group lessons in the purple room in Valmorel :
- Tuesday from 9.20am to 10.20am
- Thursday from 3pm to 4pm
- Friday from 9.20am to 10.20am
